The duty to inform and explicit consent are separate. Reading the KVKK Notice does not by itself mean you have given explicit consent.
1. Scope of consent
If you write sensitive information about health, mental state, family relationships or children in the short note field of the appointment request, your consent is required for it to be processed in order to assess your request and plan a suitable session.
2. Transmission channel
The form is not stored on our centre's server. If you choose to send it, the message is delivered to the centre's line via WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure. Because this service may use infrastructure abroad, we recommend sharing only the essential short information.
3. Free will and alternatives
Sharing sensitive information is not mandatory. You can leave the note field empty and request an appointment with your name and phone only, or call us. Not giving consent does not remove your right to receive general information.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent by writing to info@viverepsikoloji.com or calling the centre on 0544 134 29 05. Withdrawal applies to processing after your notice reaches us.
5. Marketing is excluded
This consent is not permission for campaigns, newsletters or advertising messages. Our centre does not send marketing messages based on user responses.
