1. Scope
This policy covers website visits, appointment requests, phone, e-mail and WhatsApp communication, and information exchanged before in-person or online sessions.
2. Data minimisation
We ask only for the minimum information needed to handle your request. We remind you not to share detailed health history or private information about third parties in appointment forms.
Information you type in the form is not stored on our server; it is turned into a WhatsApp message draft on your device and you decide whether to send it.
3. Counselling confidentiality
Session content is confidential. It is not shared with third parties except for legal reporting obligations, serious and imminent risks to your or another person's safety, or situations you have explicitly authorised.
In work with children and adolescents, informing parents is handled with regard to the child's best interests, age and developmental level, and professional ethical boundaries.
4. Online sessions
The platform to be used, technical requirements and privacy measures are communicated before the appointment. A session may be recorded only after clear prior information and the necessary permissions.
Users are responsible for choosing a private setting and a secure device and connection, and should consider the privacy risks of shared networks and devices.
5. Third-party services
| Service | Use | When it is activated |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp / Meta | Communication and appointment messages started by the user | When the message is sent on WhatsApp |
| Google Maps | Location and directions | When functional content is enabled |
| YouTube / Instagram | Video content | When functional content is enabled |
| Analytics and advertising tools | Aggregate performance and advertising measurement | Via Google Tag Manager, in line with the Cookie Policy |
6. Children's privacy
The website does not aim to collect personal data directly from children. If contact is made for a child or adolescent, the request is expected to come from a parent or legal guardian.
7. Security and retention
Technical and administrative measures reduce the risks of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and loss. Retention periods depend on purpose, legal obligations and limitation periods; unnecessary data is not kept.
8. Your choices and contact
You can send privacy questions to info@viverepsikoloji.com.
This policy may be updated for technical or legal changes. Significant changes are announced on this page with their publication date.
