A request sent by form, phone or WhatsApp does not automatically create a confirmed appointment or contract. It is confirmed once the day, time, specialist, scope and fee are mutually agreed with our centre.

If, before or during the first session, the need is considered outside the centre's scope, you may be referred to another specialist, healthcare provider or emergency channel.
